Mr. Minnis joins Commonwealth Bank Limited with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector with expertise in the areas of risk, compliance and audit. He is a dynamic leader with a strong focus on strategic problem solving within complex regulatory frameworks. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Finance, Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with Economics, and is a Certified Enterprise Risk Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certfied Internal Controls Auditor.
